Intermedia Class:

We had a Test today of Chapter #2. We also started to learn about "Pasatiempos"
Chapter # 3.

No homework this weekend.

Middle School:

We had a Quiz today. review of the verbs "ER"

No homework this weekend.

Next week we will go to the "Simphony' on Tuesday.

Intermediate Spanish 4.21.09

Intermediates should have two worksheets for homework. The subject matter is shape names. For one of the sheets they will need to know their colors. They have gone over them before, but just in case, here is a review list for them:

black - negro
blue - azul
brown - cafe
green - verde
orange - anaranjado
purple - morado
pink - rosado
red - rojo
yellow - amarillo
white - blanco

Intermediates - Quiz on Thursday 4.16.09

Since it was such a nice today, the class went outside to play for the last 15 minutes of class in exchange for learning and ADDING the following list of outdoor playground words to their quiz on Thursday.


Nouns:

1. playground - el patio
2. swing - el columpio
3. slide - la resbaladilla
4. rope - la cuerda

6. wheel - la rueda

Their quiz will consist of 10 short sentences in Spanish and they will have to translate them into English. It will also incorporate animals, colors, numbers and basic furniture or classroom items.

Homework due Tuesday, April 14th.
